Client Confidentiality

Confidentiality is not a formality at Axis Advisory — it is a core principle of how we operate.

What We Protect

All information shared with us in the context of an engagement — including financial data, business strategies, operational processes and personal information of shareholders or management — is treated as strictly confidential.

Our Commitment

We do not disclose, share or use client information for any purpose beyond the execution of the contracted engagement. Access within our team is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. All staff and subcontractors involved in an engagement are bound by individual confidentiality agreements.

Non-Disclosure Agreements

For sensitive engagements, we are glad to execute a formal NDA tailored to your requirements. Please contact us to arrange this before an engagement begins.

Exceptions

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is or becomes publicly available through no fault of our own, or that we are legally compelled to disclose — in which case we will notify you in advance wherever permitted by law.

Conflicts of Interest

We maintain an active register of client engagements by sector and will not accept mandates that create a material conflict of interest. Should a potential conflict arise, we will inform you immediately and propose an appropriate course of action.

Duration

Our confidentiality obligations remain in force for a minimum of five years following the conclusion of any engagement.

Data Destruction

Upon request at the close of an engagement, all client data in our possession will be permanently and securely deleted. A certificate of destruction is available upon request.
