These Terms govern your engagement with Axis Advisory. By retaining our services, you agree to the following.
Scope of Services
Axis Advisory provides strategic advisory and business consulting services as defined in each specific proposal or engagement agreement. All scope, timelines and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the engagement, designate a responsible point of contact, and honour payment terms as set out in the agreed proposal.
Fees and Payment
Fees are established per engagement and invoiced according to the agreed schedule. Late payments exceeding 30 days may result in suspension of work and the application of statutory interest.
Intellectual Property
All methodologies, reports and materials produced by Axis Advisory remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use deliverables for their intended purpose. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is not permitted.
Limitation of Liability
Our recommendations are made with professional rigour, but outcomes depend on factors outside our control. Axis Advisory's liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mozambique. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Maputo.
